1. Malfunctions of hydraulic equipment at different operating stages
1) Malfunctions during the debugging phase of trial hydraulic equipment
The failure rate of hydraulic equipment debugging is relatively high. Its characteristic is that quality issues such as design, manufacturing, and installation are intertwined. In addition to mechanical and electrical issues, common faults in hydraulic systems include:
(1) Serious leakage occurs mainly at the end cap connections of joints and related components.
(2) The movement speed of the executing component is not fixed.
(3) The valve core of the hydraulic valve is stuck or not moving flexibly, causing the actuator to malfunction. Sometimes it is found that the valve core direction of the hydraulic valve is reversed, and special attention should be paid to the two position but electrically controlled solenoid valve.
(4) The damping small hole of the pressure control component is blocked, causing unstable pressure.
(5) Valve components are missing springs and seals, causing control failure. Sometimes there may be pipeline connections that cause the system to malfunction.
(6) The hydraulic system design is not perfect. Improper selection of hydraulic components can cause system overheating and low synchronization accuracy of actuating components.
